Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Global Communication Inc.
General Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing, AI-driven services, and custom project-based work, all payments are generally non-refundable once the project has been initiated.
However, specific conditions are outlined below to ensure fairness and transparency.
Refund Eligibility Conditions
1. Within 30 Days & Before 50% Project Completion
If a client requests a refund within 30 days of project initiation and before 50% completion of the project, the refund may be approved under the following conditions:
- The client is not satisfied with the service quality, or
- There is a verified issue from our side, or
- The project has not been delivered within the agreed timeline due to a delay caused by Global Communication Inc
In such cases, the refund request will be reviewed and processed accordingly.
2. After 70% or More Project Completion
If the project has reached 70% or more completion, and the client requests a refund, the request will not be automatically approved.
Instead:
- The request will be escalated to the Concerned Department
- A detailed internal review and evaluation will be conducted
- A final decision will be made based on project progress, resources utilized, and service execution
The outcome may result in either partial approval or rejection of the refund request, depending on the assessment.
3. After Project Completion
Once the project has been fully completed and delivered:
- No refund requests will be accepted or approved
- The project will be considered finalized and closed
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not apply to the following:
- Fully completed projects
- Delivered digital marketing campaigns
- SEO services already executed
- Paid advertising setup and management
- AI automation systems and integrations
- Strategy, consultation, and audit services already delivered
- Any custom work that has already been initiated or completed
Refund Request Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via official communication channels. Each request will be reviewed based on:
- Project completion status
- Work already delivered
- Communication records
- Internal project documentation
Final approval authority rests solely with Global Communication Inc management.
